Blank, in partnership with her husband, Sujeesh. In 2014, she launched another company which is a social enterprise that helps people live a healthier life and also help them get better healthcare. This enterprise is named Pepper Wellness.
Pepper is a company that works to put health in people’s hands. The underlying philosophy is that people who take charge of their own health will live a fuller, healthier life and can live well even in the presence of disease. They create programs that provide sustained, meaningful support to patients. The programs are designed to enable patients to live to their fullest potential, despite their condition, and benefit more from their treatment. These programs have the following four elements.
Timely intervention – Disease awareness, prevention, detection
Patient involvement – Understanding of a condition, treatment compliance and adherence
Doctor capability – Skill development, knowledge and experience sharing
Patient support – Community support, counselling, access to medical experts, financial support and advocacy
They run various healthcare communication program. For example, under BETTER DOCTOR-PATIENT COMMUNICATION-Young Doctor Program, Point Blank team partnered with Abbott Healthcare to create a program that focused on improving doctor-patient communication. The Point Blank team, in consultation with a team of clinical psychologists and eminent doctors, created the course content that included slides as well as animated case studies. The Indian Medical Association endorsed the program, which was delivered in 55 medical colleges across the country, and reached out to at least 30000 young practising and resident doctors. The faculty of the medical colleges also actively contributed to the learning.
Bangladesh, Kenya and USA. Till 2014 he was spearheading the Lifestyle vertical for Watches, Apparel and Jewellery Retail businesses. At Sketchers where he currently associated with, he says, with leisure being one of the hottest trends in the market today, we hope to offer consumers the best in this trend-forward category, be it pop colours, design, technology or comfort. With many innovative and stylish new products in the pipeline, we will continue to build on this momentum in the coming years.”

He started his career with India's leading retail chain working across various functions of buying and merchandising, marketing and operations. To gain international exposure moved on to working in the Middle East with an American chain. During the first round of internet action globally got an opportunity to join India's leading media house in their internet division setting up e-commerce. This was one of first few online shopping activities in India. He further moved to working with leading jewellery brand of India in the leadership role.
Having worked across various categories like apparel, jewellery, watches, accessories, writing instruments, cosmetics, fragrances, private labels and tie ups with international brands through various stages of the career has given him a tremendous exposure and in-depth learning of the category, consumers and the business.
His areas of excellence include, Strategy Formulation, New Business Development, Sales & Retail Operations Management, New Product Development, Merchandising & Category Management, Brand Management, Team Development & Culture Transformation and Marketing, Public Relations & Media Management.
