We are pleased to release this second issue of CORPORATE NOTEPAD. Our thanks to readers for overwhelming response to the first issue, which we released in June 2017. We express our gratitude to corporate authors, who contributed in the inaugural issue of Corporate Notepad.
We are aware that the knowledge is a strategic resource in knowledge based organisations and its effective management is critical to its competitiveness. The culture of innovation in the organisation enables continuous evolution of technologies, which has strong impact on firm’s completeness, working life and employee behaviour. Knowledge projects are changing organisations and management practices to change daily routine, behaviour, roles and responsibilities, sharing of information and often the processes and finally organisation structures.
In today’s increased pace of change that many organisation have encountered over last decade the changes in societies, new technologies and innovations have resulted in corporate social responsibility, customer value creation and business performance to meet new requirements. Organisations having entrepreneurial climate will be better placed to fulfil their missions and goals deploying innovative and proactive approaches. Under the broad scope of Corporate Notepad, we encourage the publication of articles sharing your corporate experience in area of your expertise in business management. I invite the corporate executives to contribute to Corporate Notepad by way of sharing their thoughts and experience though articles, cases or interviews.
I am once again immensely grateful to you all readers for overwhelming response to our first issue of Corporate Note. It goes without saying that my primary goal as Editor is to maintain the journal’s reputation and standing as the leading forum for publishing the highest quality of articles related to business management. However, these are exciting and changing times in the world of publishing and in the discipline of management sciences, and I believe that Corporate Notepad must lead the way by finding innovative ways to disseminate quality articles in business management and by contributing to setting and reflecting the research agenda in the field.
