What you have in your hands is the very first issue of Corporate Notepad - a business magazine form ITM Group of Institutions in Higher Education space. ITM runs undergraduate, post graduate and PhD programs, in business management, fashion design, health science and engineering streams and has a pan India presence. After successful publications of three Academic Research Journals during the past many years, ITM is getting into a publication of Business Magazine - a business connect between us and industry.
It is with great pleasure that I write this lead-off editorial in Corporate Notepad, a publication for the corporate executives, interested in knowing the latest happenings in business world. Through this publication, we have an opportunity to offer a panoramic view of the trends, perspectives, innovative practices and creative ideas that are emerging from the business world. Corporate Notepad points you in the direction of what we feel is a business connect from business school for the corporate executives, we invite you to pen down the ideas and experiences to provide a vent to your writing instincts.
Our goal is to provide current and aspiring leaders with information and ideas to help them change their lives, organisations and business environment. Corporate Notepad is dedicated to sharing business experience and insights from the industry leaders and professionals. In this issue, we are honoured to share the work of several committed and ingenious people from the corporate world. Looking over the selection of the articles for this issue, there is a coherence to them. We were particularly struck by the number of multi-choice reading interests of the corporate readers. We want to use this platform to showcase the work of corporate writers, whose work we particularly believe in, or who we think deserve a much wider audience. Each issue will cover diverse topics related to business management and functional issues, which are faced by the business professionals and the corporate executives.
To our surprise, after idea of Corporate Notepad was mooted, we recieved large number of articles for publication in the magazine. We are thankful to the contributors, who immediately responded to our request of writing for Corporate Notepad. Some of them have shown their willingness to run regular columns on the current themes in the business management. ITM alumnus, many of them are heading big organisations in private, NGO and government sector, both within and outside the country are the most enthusiastic writers of articles. It is always said that ‘well begun is half done’, but further success depends on readers to whom we appeal for the comments and suggestions on the structure and coverage of their reading interest. We further solicit the authors’ support for contributions, to enable us to release ‘Corporate Notepad’ issues on time
